Kasey Converse is a dedicated leader who possesses more than 15 years of comprehensive experience in the realm of corporate commercial real estate emphasizing financial oversight, asset management, and operational effectiveness. Her experience encompasses various domains such as property management, asset management, marketing, crowdfunding, project management, sales, human resources, investor relations, as well as financial oversight and reporting.
Kasey’s focus is on optimizing financial operational processes to foster effective workflows while overseeing her team through multiple organizational phases. Although Kasey exemplifies a collaborative spirit and willingly disseminates her expertise across different segments of the organization, she remains firmly dedicated to leading the financial sector alongside her team.
She has successfully overseen asset portfolios exceeding $150 million, spearheaded crowdfunding initiatives that raised over $35 million, and executed quarterly financial reports for up to 30 assets under management.
A native of Ann Arbor, Kasey pursued her Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Michigan. When not engaged in her professional endeavors, she enjoys training her goldendoodle to communicate using dog speech buttons, reading, scuba diving and freediving, practicing yoga, healthy cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
