Henry Russell is the CEO and Co-Founder of Santos Holdings. Henry is also the Founder and CEO of RFC Capital and directs the overall direction of the company and its subsidiary companies. From acquisition and asset management strategies of the investments to operational oversight, and finally to the closing exit, Henry is responsible for transaction sourcing, investment analysis, asset management, and implementation of value-added plans as part of asset repositioning.
He has overseen the management and growth of $140 Million portfolio at RFC Capital. Henry also is the founder and CEO of Bancroft 42 Construction. This company has completed over $25 Million dollars of development and construction on commercial properties including Multifamily capital improvements, the creation of 150 new multifamily units and the renovation of over 200+ units. Henry is the founder and CEO of Roar Property Management. A property management company that has managed over 400 housing units.
Prior to founding RFC Capital, Henry previously worked with a boutique family office, Samuel James Limited, where he was involved in a multitude of investment projects and oversight including real estate, real assets, medical IT, and college football recruiting software. He has been involved in acquiring and managing residential properties and property management oversight for over fourteen (14) years. Henry also coached high school football at the highest level in the country, working with inner city students in Baltimore and helping turn the program at St Frances Academy into a national power in only 2 seasons.
Henry has coached for over 12 years and was featured on the 2020 HBO docuseries “The Cost of Winning.”
Prior to joining the civilian workforce and coaching ranks, Henry was an officer in the United States Navy. Henry is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and served his country honorably as a combat veteran with four overseas deployments finishing his career with the rank of Lieutenant Commander. In the Navy, Henry was the Detachment Officer in Charge of Riverine Squadron 3 Det 1. His unit successfully completed over 100 combat missions in the Al Anbar province of Iraq. He also served as the navigator and boarding officer on the USS UNDERWOOD, completing over 75 boat interdictions in the Persian Gulf and Mediterranean Sea. He also participated in counter-narcotic operations off the coast of Central and South America. Henry has a versatile skill set that has transferred across many arenas, his leadership qualities have constantly led to success in any mission he has taken on.
